For orders sent within Turkey cancellation, return and exchange

Product return requests are made within the following criteria, based on the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and Regulation.

By law, in online sales (with distance contracts), consumers have the right to refuse the product and return the product without taking any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt. Despite this, we support the return of unused products within 14 days with the submission of an invoice for purchases made on aytoon.com.

 After your returned products reach us, your products are inspected in the order of processing following the acceptance process. After your returned products reach us, your refund amount will be paid to you within 10 working days.  The refund of your return will be refunded according to the payment method (Advance / installment) you made when ordering on our site. Since the returns are made by automatic systems, the refund results according to the payment type of the order you have created in the system. If the installment payment method is used in the orders, the return is in installments; Even if the cash payment method is used, the refund is refunded to the card in advance.

How Can I Return?

Click on the  “Return” link of your relevant order on the  “My Account” page of our

aytoon.com site, select the product/products you want to return and the reason for it. You need to confirm.

Select the item quantity and reason for return and confirm your request. Keep the  return code given that it is approved.

You must fill in the return form included on the invoice of your order completely and sign it . Otherwise, your refund will not be processed.

For your orders created without being a member, you can create a return request by typing your e-mail address and order number on the link below.

  1. Return Policy

You can return your unused, undamaged and uncut inner/outer labels products that you have purchased from aytoon.com within 14 days.

Due to hygiene conditions, underwear products cannot be returned.

Cosmetic and personal care products can be returned within 14 days if their packaging / protective tape has not been opened, damaged, unused, untested and the expiration date has not passed due to hygiene rules.


How should I pack fragile products when returning them?

You can send the product you want to return by packing it with packaging materials so that your order reaches us without breaking as it was sent to you. When delivering your product to be returned to the cargo, we kindly ask you to provide information about the item to be broken.


  1. Returning the Product Fee to You

Your product/products are inspected after they reach us, and if they comply with the return conditions, they are accepted and refunded according to your payment method in the order.

When your return process is completed, you will be informed by e-mail and SMS.

The time it takes for your refund to be reflected in your account will vary depending on your bank. Please do not forget to check your account.

In case of returning the orders you have created by wire transfer/EFT, the amount allocated by the bank cannot be refunded.
